Pat Gaul selected for USA Hockey U-17 National Team Development Program for 2006-2007 Season !
The Pittsburgh Hornets are proud to announce that Patrick Gaul (birthyear 1990) has been named to the roster of the USA Hockey NTDP U-17 team for the 2006-2007 hockey season. What an outstanding achievement to be selected to play for your country on the national team!!!
Patrick is one of the top young hockey players in the country and had a tremendous showing at the recent USA Hockey Festival. He is an extemely smart and clever player, maintains a strong work ethic, posseses outstanding academics and most importantly is a young man of great character.
Patrick joins former R.J. Umberger, C.J. Severyn, Dwight Labrosse and Dylan Reese as Pittsburgh Hornets that have developed through our program and reached this pinnacle of athletic accomplishment by being selected to play for a USA Hockey National Team.
Congratulations Patrick on this outstanding achievement and demonstrating once again why the Pittsburgh Hornets are considered one of the top amateur hockey development programs in the country. We are all very, very proud of you and wish you the best for this upcoming season !
