Pittsburgh Hornets Hockey Classic Tournament !

Hey everybody, ITS TOURNAMENT TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PITTSBURGH HORNETS
HOCKEY CLASSIC TOURNAMENT

On November 10-12, 2006, the Pittsburgh Hornets Midget Major Hockey Team will host its annual tournament at the Robert Morris University Island Sports Center. The 12 team tournament includes many of the top Tier I AAA Midget Major teams in the country including:

Cleveland Barons (Cleveland, OH)
Honeybaked (Detroit, MI)
Little Caesars (Detroit, MI)
Mercer Chiefs (Clarksburg, NJ)
Pikes Peak (Colorado Springs, CO)
Colorado Wranglers (Greeley, CO)
San Jose Sharks (San Jose, CA)
Team Comcast (Pennsauken, NJ)
Team nXi (Kalamazoo, MI)
Texas Attack (Frisco, TX)
Victory Honda (Plymouth, MI)

AND
THE PITTSBURGH HORNETS !!

Games begin Friday morning and conclude with the championship game on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. All teams will play two games on Friday and two games on Saturday, with the semi-finals and finals on Sunday. The tournament promises to be heavily scouted including scouts from the EJHL, NAHL and USHL junior teams as well as a number of NCAA college teams.
Our tournament is recognized as one of the top showcase events of the season at the Midget Major level. Look forward to seeing you at the tournament as the best teams in the country battle for amateur hockey supremacy.
