USA Hockey National Team invites Gaul
The Pittsburgh Hornets are pleased to announce that Patrick Gaul has been invited to the tryout camp for the USA Hockey National Team Developmental Program. Pat, a 1990 birth year, is one of 28 forwards from throughout the United States invited to the camp.
In 1996, USA Hockey launched a revolutionary new program called the National Team Development Program, based in Ann Arbor, Mich. The goal of this full time
development program is to prepare student athletes under the age of 18 for participation on U.S. National Teams and success in their future hockey careers. Its efforts focus on high-caliber participation on the ice and creating well-rounded individuals off the ice.
With continued hopes of raising the quality of hockey in the United States, the National Team Development Program enters its ninth season in 2005-06. The program
continues to face stiff competition and high expectations as it has established itself as a top-notch training opportunity for young players.
